Scholarship Application

Applications are now CLOSED for our 2024 scholarships. The deadline to submit was April 1, 2024. If you are interested in a camp scholarship, please email us at kennysdreamfoundation@gmail.com. We will open applications for 2025 in December.

Recipients of Scholarships and camp tuition for 2024:

1. Ethan White – attending Delta College and majoring in Early Childhood Education
2. Caroline Canterbury – attending UMASS Amherst and majoring in Natural Resource Conservation
3. Devin Lockert – attending Middle Tennessee State University and majoring in Broadcast Journalism
4. Margaret Voetberg – attending Hope College and majoring in Creative Writing and minoring in Peace & Justice and Psychology
5. George Wiley – attending Yale University and majoring in Statistics & Data Science
6. Olivia Vecchia – attending UW-Whitewater and majoring in Secondary Education in Social Studies
7. Colton Baumann – attending Washington and Lee University and majoring in Business Management and minoring in Neuroscience
8. Colin McClintic – attending Southwest Virginia Community College and majoring in Engineering
9. Nicholas Felstead – attending Columbia University and obtaining his Master of Laws (LLM)

Congrats to our John Lindo Scholarship Recipients:

1. Marissa Lazovick – attending Boston Conservatory at Berklee and majoring in Dance
2. Mary Holtam – attending University of California and majoring in Environmental Studies
3. Jonathan Felix – attending Seton Hall University and is in the 3+2 program (BS in Physics and MS in Engineering)
4. Abbey Constantine – attending Ohio University and majoring in Social Studies Education

For 2024, we were able to sponsor 2 kids to Camp Twitch and Shout and 1 kid to Camp Shankitunk.

Requirements for our Scholarships:

1. All applicants must have a signed letter from their physician stating their Tourette Syndrome diagnosis. Must be emailed or mailed prior to April 15, 2024. That gives time for those that apply on the deadline date of April 1st.
2. All funds will be sent directly to the educational institution.
3. Once your application is received, a confirmation email will be sent to you in approximately 2 weeks with further instructions.
4. Application should include struggles, achievements, goals, etc. Be specific. Please include major and college (if you know) as well.
